朝のカタックパフォーマンス、午後のボリウッドダンスパフォーマンスを終えて、いったん帰宅し、その後ナイトクラブ Raasta へ。
Ahimsa (DJ)、Grupreet Chana (Tablix & Hang) & Ibex (Rap) といった個性あふれるアーティスト達との共演。
私は Ibex ft. Hiroko として、Ibex のラップミュージックで Indian-Belly Fusion Dance を踊りました。
ラップとインディアン・ベリー・フュージョンダンスのコラボ、新しい試みでしたが思った以上にしっくりきて、とっても楽しいパフォーマンスでした♪

It was an amazing easter after party at Raasta Bombay.
Co-starring with kool & dope artists Ibex, Gurpreet Chana & Ahimsa : DeepeSens.
Collab performance with Indian Rapper Ibex ft. Hiroko Indian-Belly Fusion dance was magical.
Live Tablix & Hang by Gurpreet Chana was awesome.
Ambient & Tribal Fusion Bellydance sounds by DJ Ahimsa reminds me when I was dancing Belly in Japan.
Nice place and lovely audiences at Raasta, special thanks to Kyle Lillywhite.
Also thanks to friends came and watched our performances.

Gurpreet Chana is one of Canada’s leading tabla artists. A producer, technician, composer, performer, and student weaving the hypnotic sounds of the tabla into the fabric of contemporary music, he spreads its rhythmic pulse like a meme with each fresh integration.
Hear algorithms and tabla rhythms blend seamlessly in Gurpreet’s latest project TABLIX: An exploration of the melodic potential of the tabla, TABLIX combines the ergonomics and sounds of a time-honoured tabla tradition with the infinite possibilities of the digital to create a new mode of artistic expression & collaboration.
Gurpreet will also present the Hang. An instrument that brings the sounds of many world cultures together by blending steel drum acoustics with the hollow bass of the South Indian Ghatham and African Udu Drum. Originating from 17 years ago from Bern, Switzerland, each Hang is individually crafted with a particular scale. The scale you will be hearing in Gurpreet’s compositions is Ake Bono. Whether on the Tabla or Hang, Gurpreet’s performance must be seen to be truly appreciated.

Ahimsa presents a combination of electronic ambient with downbeat rhythms blended with tribal fusion music. After 8 years playing the belly dance circuit in Japan returns to a more eclectic mix and bringing that sound to Mumbai including some live experimentation with live music.

Here is a short version: Ibex is from Mumbai, India and has grown creating Hip-Hop & Reggae music since he stepped into Rapping. Inspired by reggae artists like Snow, Sean Paul, Damian Jr. Gong Marley and rap artists like Eminem, Nas - Ibex started creating music with a versatile style that drifts from dancehall to reggae to rap.

Hiroko is from Japan and lives in Mumbai, India.
Began performing on stage in acting and dancing at a tender age. Later encountered and learned various dances such as Bellydance, Bollywood Dance, and Indian classical dance Kathak.
Deeply loves India which is her origin of the soul, and travelled alone to India for dance learning and show performance from 2011.
Settled in Mumbai, India in 2012 and continue to fly between India and Japan several times a year, and dual life of several dance performances in both India and Japan are scheduled.
Appeared on Indian TV commercials also.
